  • This mixed upper-level undergraduate/graduate student course focuses on using psychology to change human behavior in service of sustainability. We explore a variety of approaches for promoting pro-environmental behavior. Students learn how to design and evaluate behavioral intervention programs.

    Pre-req: ENR 3400, any undergraduate psychology course, or permission of instructor.

  • This graduate course provides a broad, interdisciplinary overview of theories and frameworks for understanding and addressing environmental and natural resource management problems.

  • This advanced graduate course helps students expand their understanding of the psychological bases of environmental problems. It focuses on leveraging psychological tools to address such problems. Students learn about theories and methods relevant to behavior change, explore the applicability of these approaches to changing environmental behaviors, and gain practical experience doing this with real-world problems.

    Pre-req: ENR 3400, ENR 5400, any undergrad psych course, or permission of instructor.
